Spanning the course of 1-2 weeks, this programme involves shadowing a Drumgrange employee who has made a similar transition in the past.
You would be able to meet our staff and see the work that we do, so not only will you have the opportunity to learn how they integrated into civilian life, but you can also assess whether a role at Drumgrange would be right for you.

Reserves PolicyReservists Welcome
We are proud to support members of, or those wishing to join the Reserve Forces.
As a company that employs staff who are members of the Reserve forces, we recognise the valuable contribution that Reservists make to the UK Armed Forces, their communities, and our civilian workplace.
As a Reservist, you will receive two weeks of additional paid leave on top of your regular leave allowance for you to attend your annual training. Additional leave will also be granted for short periods of training.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all employees mobilised for Reservist duties will be released to report for duty with no loss of continuous service or service-related benefits. Upon your return, you would be reinstated to your former role where possible, or alternatively, to a mutually acceptable role of equal status and salary.
