Drumgrange receives Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award

Drumgrange has successfully renewed its status as an Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award recipient and has been awarded the Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award.
First awarded to the Company in 2017, this award reemphasises our commitment to honour the Armed Forces Covenant and to support the Armed Forces Community. On 7th September 2022, HM Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire, Mr Nigel Atkinson, presented Drumgrange with the official Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award certificate. The ceremony took place onboard HMS King Alfred. Please see the photo below:

George Howe, Managing Director, first signed the Armed Forces Covenant on 3rd March 2015. The full pledge Drumgrange has made to the Armed Forces Community can be viewed here.
As part of this promise, Drumgrange is continually looking to recruit Service Leavers. A clear understanding of the necessity to deliver projects, the ability to problem-solve and think on their feet, and first-hand knowledge of how Drumgrange equipment is used in service, make Service Leavers an indispensable asset to the Company.
Currently, almost 20% of the Drumgrange workforce are Service Leavers, supporting the harmonisation of the services that is provided to the Armed Forces.
