Drumgrange Achieves Planet Mark Certification

Drumgrange Ltd is proud to announce our first-year certification with Planet Mark, a leading carbon reduction and net zero specialist. As one of the 10 global partners of the UN Race to Zero, their processes and mark is recognised by government and business standards, driving assurance in sustainable progress. This milestone—a first in our company history—demonstrates our commitment to building a sustainable future and achieving net zero emissions.

The Planet Mark Business Certification provides verification of Drumgrange’s carbon reduction efforts, holding us accountable to measurable emissions reductions. As part of this certification, we have begun the critical journey of understanding and reducing our carbon footprint across our operations, setting the foundation for deep emissions cuts in the years ahead.

Our Commitment to Net Zero

Achieving net zero requires balancing the total greenhouse gas emissions (GHG’s) released into the atmosphere and the total amount of GHG’s removed from the atmosphere. The world must reach net zero by around 2050 if it is to meet the Paris Agreement Target of limiting global warming to 1.5°C. 

At Drumgrange, we are dedicated to contributing to this global goal. By expanding our measurement remit, establishing a full carbon footprint, and setting ambitious net zero targets, we aim to reduce our environmental impact and align with the UK Government’s net zero by 2050 target.
